Reliable and Professional

Thank you for the delivery of my new home in Seabrook Plantation. This home represents the eighth house I have built in my lifetime. I can confidently say the building of this house has been the best experience of any of the previous 7 homes. 

From the start, you and your team have been a pleasure to work with over the building project cycle. I can't thank you enough for the services provided through this whole process by Donna Williams. Donna spent untold hours responding to our many questions and provided excellent advice whenever we called. Her ability to visualize the changes and make recommendations along the way was very impressive as we went through the building of our new home.

Leo supervised the project and kept me informed on a daily basis of the next steps in the process. That was not an easy task when you are building in multiple locations but he was successful and always there to answer my many questions.

I found your subcontractors to be very professional and their workmanship was exceptional. Any problems were quickly addressed.

Finally, I want to personally thank you for keeping me involved in the building process. I have never experienced in my previous constructions the builder becoming a personal friend that I could trust with the completion of my home in a professional manner with quality construction.

I would personally like to thank David and Leo for building a great home for Dick and I. I hope you feel like I do, that it was fun along the way. Dick and I have built a total of 7 houses and we both agree that your techniques and approaches and end-product definitely rival the capabilities of some of the  largest home builders in the US.
